International Forum of the Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO’2010
On June 8-10,2010 5pEXPO’2010, the 4th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry, will run in Pavilion No.7 (Halls No. 3, 4, 5) of the Expocentre Fairgrounds. 5pEXPO’2010 is a show of the world exhibition community developments and a significant congress event as well.
The project is organized by Expocentre and the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support from the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF) and the Moscow City Government.
The 5pEXPO’2010 Forum purpose is to search for partners and new projects, to establish and extend strategic contacts between exhibition-related companies and consumers of exhibition services.
The high recognition of the event by the global and Russian exhibition communities is confirmed by the participation of such authoritative exhibition and trade fair associations as the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES), the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).
Every year the Forum gets new clients, partners and customers to co-operate.
The 5pEXPO’2010 key topical sections will be as follows: exhibition complexes and congress centers; exhibition, trade fair and congress events organizers; exhibition Associations, Unions, Federations and companies rendering services on demonstration, design and construction of exhibition booths; new exhibition materials; quick-mountable exhibition pavilions and many other ones in the sphere of the exhibition industry.
Visitors will familiarize themselves with business tourism, advertising, marketing and information services, exhibition audit, registration systems, freight forwarding services, financial and insurance services and many other things.
This year about 100 exhibition companies from 5 countries such as Germany, Great Britain, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Ukraine will participate in the Forum.
The Expocentre permanent partners - representatives of such major European exhibition companies as Bologna Fiera (Italy), ITE Group PLC (Great Britain), Messe Düsseldorf (Germany), Turkel Fair Org. (Turkey) and others will be among the participants.
Russia will be represented by RF CCI, RUEF, Expocentre, Sokolniki, Lenexpo, Restek, Expoconsta, Expovestrans, Euroexpo, Kraft Expo, Montazhnik and many others.
The Forum is actively increasing the Russian regions participation. This is quite explained as recourses and products from the Federal Districts need promotion to the world markets via exhibitions. The Forum gives very good opportunities for it.
A saturated programme of business related events the Forum embraces will enable the participants to discuss vital issues of the exhibition industry.
The important event of 5pEXPO’2010 will be a special action of the Russian market leaders visualization named ‘Alley of Brands’™. The action being held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds within the bounds of industrial shows since the beginning of 2010 has been logically embodied within the 4th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry - 5pEXPO’2010.
Flags with brands of the exhibitions held in Russia and approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) will be hoisted in the special open air site between Pavilion No. 1 and the Forum Pavilion on June 8-10, 2010. Corporate flags of UFI, RUEF, RF CCI and the oldest Russian and foreign exhibition and trade fair operators – leaders of the world exhibition industry will be raised on the central hemisphere of the site for the Forum official ceremonies in Pavilion No. 7.
Passing along the Forum ‘Alley of Brands’™ visitors will be able to collect information materials on the best exhibition projects held in the territory of Russia in accordance with their specialization.
