5PEXPO’2014 TO FEATURE NEW PROJECT IN SUPPORT OF YOUTH BUSINESS

The new project Start-up + Exhibition = Success, set up by Expocentre, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and GRAND & METRO CONSULTING Company, has been designed to encourage entrepreneurship among young people and protect their interests.
The project will be unveiled on 5 June 2014 as part of the International 5pExpo’2014 Forum of the Exhibition Industry. The objective of the event is to promote the services of youth business to major exhibition operators in Russia and Europe, and create favourable conditions for the best young entrepreneurs involved in event, exhibition and conference business to get grants and contracts.
According to the organizers of the project young people lead the way in developing creative technologies for promoting goods and services throughout the globe, thanks to their active involvement in business. Whatever they produce and promote, their products generate great interest among consumers. The revenue of companies cooperating with start-ups run by young people grows because of high motivation, innovation and lack of stereotypes among the young.
The organizers believe that the exhibition industry needs more of such projects. They are keen to support youth business offering young people a platform to communicate their ideas in the form of unconventional presentations at the 5pExpo’2014. The presentations will later be available on YouTube.
The Start-up + Exhibition = Success Organizing Committee announces that it has begun to accept applications for participation in the presentation session. The deadline for submission is 25 April 2014.
