The 9th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO 2016
On 6-8 June Pavilion No.3 of Expocentre Fairgrounds hosts the 9th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO 2016. The significant event is organized by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Expocentre AO. The Forum is supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF). The general constructor is Expoconsta OOO.

are co-located with the 5pEXPO 2016 Forum.
For three days heads of trade show companies, representatives of government agencies, chambers of commerce and industry, industry associations and business community will discuss the most relevant issues of the industry development, seek and come up with solutions.
The 5pEXPO Forum has run since 2007 and today it is Russia's key networking platform for local and foreign experts in the trade show, convention and event industries.
High international standing of the Forum is approved by the logos of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and RUEF, the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs. According to the 2013-2014 Russian National Exhibition Rating, 5pEXPO was recognized Russia's best trade show in the Exhibition Industry category.
The Forum's key aim is to create favourable networking environment for trade show operators, stand constructors and designers, suppliers of trade show equipment and materials, and most importantly, companies from different sectors which are active participants in trade shows and conventions.
The 5pEXPO Forum consists of an event program, a trade show of accomplishments of the present-day trade show industry and competitions.
The event program features seminars, meetings, participants' presentations and many round tables devoted to the most pressing issues of management and development of the trade show business.
The participants in the associated events will discuss the issues devoted to legal views of a trade show company regarding enforcement of legal rights of performers and producers of phonograms; effective system of email marketing; trainings for exhibitors to increase sales and visitor attendance; role of mass media in the trade show and congress activities; Smart Event plan to increase sales and visitor attendance; professional risk management in the trade show industry.
The Forum features the exhibition for the latest technology and equipment, design and services expoPRODUCT. It is Russia's only exhibition project set up to present new ideas, promising trends, equipment and technology for the trade show business and event industry.
The show participants are the leading companies in the exhibition industry, among them Restec, Euroexpo, World Trade Center Moscow, ExpoGlobal Group, Negus Expo International, Expolink, Belgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Foreign participants are presented by Messe Dusseldorf, Messe Frankfurt RUS, and SYBA Messebau GmbH (Germany).
Just as in previous years the trade show features a group stand 'Exhibiting Yekaterinburg', where you can receive information about the Ekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Center, Ekaterinburg Convention Bureau, and a number of the Ural trade show companies.
After a long break BESTLY, a leading supplier of materials for stand construction and outdoor advertising, again participates in the trade show.
We are glad to see new exhibitors, among them new multifunctional exhibition center Expo Event Hall (Voronezh), Belinterexpo Exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kazan Expo new international exhibition company in the Republic of Tatarstan, and Altervia, a supplier of industrial fittings.
The trade show is divided into salons.
The participants in the Exhibition and Congresses. Exhibition and Event Services Salon are companies which organize trade shows, fairs, corporate parties, and other events. They showcase interactive technologies, lighting, audio and video equipment, advertising and marketing services.
The participants in the Expostand Salon are companies engaged in design and construction of exhibition stands, portable stands, prefabricated constructions, exhibition and special purpose equipment, exhibition materials, floor coatings, etc.
The 5pEXPO features the Expodesign 2016 competition. Its aim is to present innovative ideas in design of exhibition stands, capabilities of construction and decorative materials, and to promote new companies and young designers.
The organizers of the competition, which is held on a volunteer basis, are Expoconsta OOO and Hi-Design Professional Club Non-Profit Partnership supported by Expocentre AO.
Traditionally the competition is held in five categories: Stand EXCLUSIVE: an implemented exhibition project; Project EXCLUSIVE: an unimplemented exhibition project; FUNCTIONAL: efficient designer solutions for low cost stands. Construction technology and trade show systems; ART STAND: creative designer solutions – stand as a work of art; 5P-stands: an exhibition project carried out at 5pEXPO 2016.
The participants in the competition are expoPRODUCT exhibitors, professional construction companies, creative departments of advertising agencies, architect and design bureaus, designers, artists, and students.
The results of the competition will be summarized on June 8, 2016 at 12.00. The winners will be awarded with cash bonuses, memorable prizes, certificates, and gifts.
The Forum occupies 5,861 sq m. The exhibition area amounts to 2,000 sq m. The number of exhibitors is 90.
The Forum working hours are from 10.00 to 18.00; on June, 8 from 10.00 to 16.00. The official opening ceremony takes place on June, 6 at 11.00, in Pavilion No.3.
